We are very aware of the quantity of waste generated by the construction industry our aim is to try to counter this and tread as lightly as possible with regard to our environmental footprint. Where relevant we will retain and reuse rather than demolish. We advocate the use of third party recycling companies for everything that is beyond its useful life from plasterboard and carpet to furniture. Through careful specification we consider the toxicity, manufacture location and transportation options, longevity / product lifetime guarantee and use of raw materials as well as obvious details such as recycled content and recyclability.

Recently we have spent time researching the green wash that is prevalent in most current marketing material and are constantly educating ourselves to enable us to make informed choices and recommendations based on fact rather than hype.
